The 1972 Miami Dolphins season was the franchise’s seventh season and third in the National Football League. The team was led by third-year head coach Don Shula and achieved the only “perfect season” in NFL history.
Presented is a full size Riddell Miami Dolphins helmet signed by (5) members of that Perfect Season team. Signers in black felt tip include: Larry Little “17-0 – H.O.F. .93”, Mercury Morris “17-0”, Jim Kiick “17-0”, Manny Fernendez “17-0 Super Bowl Champs” and Bob Kuechenberg “17-0”. The helmet was part of a limited edition and numbered 11/17.
