Earliest Known Michael Jordan Pre Rookie Signed 1982 World Series Baseball PSA

Sold out

Michael Jordan will be remembered as one of the greatest, if not the greatest basketball player ever. After the death of his father, he would pursue a short career in baseball to fulfill his father’s dream of having his son compete professionally in the sport. Jordan played in the Chicago White Sox’s minor league system, playing for the Birmingham Barons as well as the Scottsdale Scorpions team. Jordan had shockingly announced his retirement from the Chicago Bulls and the NBA following the 1993 NBA Finals. This offered baseball is an OFFICIAL BALL 1982 WORLD SERIES Bowie K. Kuhn stamped ball that has the signature of Michael Jordan on the sweet spot. Jordan signed his name in black pen. This is one of the earliest Jordan signatures on a baseball – a vintage full signature and it’s on a World Series stamped baseball – the same year he hit the winning shot in the 1982 NCAA Final for UNC against Patrick Ewing and Georgetown. Comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (B15983).
