Front cover of the February 15, 1982, issue of Time magazine, signed by Steve Jobs, the visionary co-founder of Apple Inc. Jobs has boldly scripted his signature in black ballpoint pen next to his image. Examples of Jobs' signature are extremely rare as he was known to decline almost every autograph request. A youthful Jobs is pictured next to the Apple II, the device that pushed Apple to the forefront in the personal computer space. The magazine's cover story "Striking It Rich: A new breed of risk takers is betting on the high-technology future" touches on Jobs and several other tech innovators who were making significant headway in the tech industry at the time. On Jobs, the article states "Steven Jobs, 26, the co-founder of five-year-old Apple Computer, practically singlehanded created the personal computer industry. This college dropout is now worth $149 million." The magazine cover (8-1/4 x 11 inches) is in Excellent condition overall. Accompanied by the eight-page article and a cutout of the original mailing envelope. A tremendous signed Steve Jobs piece. Authenticated and encapsulated by PSA/DNA and Graded 9 MINT. Also comes with Full LOA from James Spence/JSA.
