Tom Brady placed a flowing black marker signature across the top right side of the helmet, LeGarrette Blount signed and inscribed his number "29" and the inscription "Do your Job" in black marker. Dion Lewis signed and inscribed his number "33" and the inscription "1st OT SB" with a black marker. Rob Ninkovich signed and inscribed "SB LI Champs" with a black marker. Stephen Gostkowski signed and inscribed "34-28" with a black marker. James White signed and inscribed "SB GW TD" in black marker. Dot'a Hightower signed and inscribed "1 Sack 1 FF" with a black marker. Martellus Bennett signed and inscribed "5 Rec 62 TDS" with a black marker, and James White placed his flowing black marker signature across the helmet.
