Wilt "The Stilt" Chamberlain was still an emerging NBA star in his third season with the Philadelphia Warriors when he dropped a century (100 pts.) on the New York Knicks in a home game at the Hershey Sports Arena in Hershey, PA, on March 2, 1962. The game, played in Hershey to help drum up support for the nascent NBA, was sparsely attended, with only a crowd of over 4,000 in attendance to witness basketball history. Chamberlain’s outstanding record still stands; only Kobe Bryant’s 81-point effort has come close to this nigh-impossible record.

Offered is a 6-by-9-inch reproduction scorecard from the March 2, 1962, game when Chamberlain achieved the feat of 100 points in a single game. Chamberlain signed and inscribed “Best Wishes” with a black marker across the scorecard. The scorecard is a testament to one of the most remarkable displays of athleticism in sports history. Authenticated and encapsulated by PSA DNA.
