One of the most dominant teams of all-time was the 1929 Philadelphia Athletics. In five years (1928-32), they crushed the American League averaging a whopping 101 seasons on the way to two World Series Championships.

Connie Mack was the master behind the wheel and the team although in the shadow of the mighty Yankees (Babe Ruth and Lou Gehrig were there for God’s sake) their line-up was more powerful.  Behind Mack, the team had a 104-46 record in 1929 and defeated the Chicago Cubs in the World Series 4-1.

Presented is a baseball autographed by 16 members of the 1929 Philadelphia A’s as well as other major Hall of Famers who attended the 1929 World Series. Reach Official American League ball signed in steel tip fountain pen.
