The Official American League (Harridge) Old Timer’s Day baseball includes ten autographs total and is dated “May-12-1950.” Based on the style of the signatures it appears that this ball was signed much earlier, in the early 1940's. Notable signatures include Ted Williams (Sweet Spot), Joe DiMaggio, Connie Mack, Joe Cronin, Red Rolfe, & Joe McCarthy. The ball and signatures remain in good condition with Williams on the sweet spot, an ideal spot for a display piece.
