1968 game used glove from Hall of Fame hurler Gaylord Perry. Wilson A 2000 pro model glove shows heavy use throughout, with "36 Perry" stamped near the thumb knot (mostly faded), and patent and licensing numbers stamped on outside of the pinky. Nice provenance as the glove comes from a relative of Bob Farley, a first baseman and outfielder who played on the Giants in 1961. Part craftsman, part showman over his 22-years in the Majors, Gaylord's pre-pitch machinations got inside the head of many an opposing hitter; while he did eventually admit to occasionally using various substances after his career ended, the repetitive touching of his face and head was often used as a decoy to frustrate batters.
Comes with full letter PSA DNA COA.
