Cal Ripken Jr. 1993 Signed Game Used 1993 All Star Game Jersey & Pants JSA COA

$39,995.00

The 1993 Mid-Summer Classic was held at the beautiful new Oriole Park at Camden Yards, then in its second season. As he had for countless previous All-Star Games, Cal Ripken, Jr. was the American League’s starting shortstop. This is the uniform Cal wore for Camden Yard’s first All-Star Game. The white home jersey has “Orioles” across the front in orange and black tackle twill above his number “8” in the same colors. The sleeve ends are trimmed in orange and clack ribbing and a custom 1993 All-Star Game patch is sewn on the left sleeve. A Rawlings size 48 label is sewn on the left front tail. The back features “RIPKEN” in orange and black tackle twill on a white name plate above his number “8” in identical colors. The jersey shows good game use with some pine tar stains and toning throughout. The matching pants have the Russell size 40 label in the waist along with a handwritten number “8.” The pants show good game use as well. The 19-time All-Star has signed both pieces in black markers, right below the Orioles script on the jersey and on the left thigh on the pants. Ripken also inscribed on both the jersey and pants: "My 1993 All Star Game

Game Used Jersey, July 13, 1993 Oriole Park At Camden Yards". This uniform comes with a LOA from Cal Ripken, Jr. for the game use and signature and a certificate from JSA for the signature and inscriptions.
