Ryan's 5,714 strikeouts are seemingly unsurpassable, with today's best flamethrowers finding 4,000 Ks to be a challenge. Ryan became a first-ballot Hall of Famer in 1999 with support from 98.8% of the voters. On the front left tail is the Goodman & Sons manufacturer’s tag with size "44" and washing instructions. Across the chest is the name "Astros" and below is the Astros “Star” team logo both done in navy blue on white tackle twill. Across the back on a white nameplate is player name “RYAN” done in navy blue tackle twill. Below is the player number "34" in navy blue on white tackle twill. Ryan signed the front of the jersey in faded black marker and in our opinion the signature rates a 5. The jersey is properly tagged, and shows appropriate use. Accompanied by a Full LOA from JSA.
