Exceptional Minnesota Twins cap dating to 1985-86, as worn by Twins hero Tony Oliva.  Oliva served as the team's first base coach in 1985, becoming the hitting coach in 1986, and remaining in that role through 1991.  Oliva spent his entire career with the Twins, compiling a lifetime batting average of .304, winning the Rookie of the Year in 1964, and playing in eight All-Star games.  The New Era size 7 1/2 cap shows signs of moderate wear, including staining inside the cotton headband.  Oliva's number 6 has been written inside the bill, which has also been signed.  Full LOA from MEARS.
