This Official American League (Harridge) baseball is very good condition. The surface of the ball is mostly white except for a few small brown spots. The ball has been signed by 21 members of the 1940 All-Star team, including Joe DiMaggio, Ted Williams, Jimmie Foxx, Joe Cronin, Charlie Keller, Red Ruffing, Joe Gordon, Luke Appling, Ken Keltner, and Bill Dickey among others. The 1940 All-Star game took place on July 9, 1940, at Sportsman's Park in St. Louis, Missouri. The National League defeated the American League, 4-0. The baseball is accompanied by a full LOA from PSA.
