There may be no voice more synonymous with baseball than the dulcet tones of Vin Scully. Dating back to the days of the Brooklyn Dodgers, Scully was the unmistakable voice of the Dodgers franchise, serving in radio and television broadcasts from 1949 until his final broadcast in 2016. Scully was also the signature voice in some of baseball’s most memorable moments, including Kirk Gibson’s Game 1 walk-off home run in the 1988 World Series and Mookie Wilson’s ground ball that got through Bill Buckner in the infamous Game 6 of the 1986 World Series. Scully’s final game as a broadcaster came on October 2nd, 2016, when the Dodgers were in San Francisco. This offered full ticket was for the game in which Vin Scully hung up the microphone. This ticket has an image of Hunter Pence waiting for a fly ball and the Dodgers and Giants’ logos below. Scully has signed this ticket in blue marker above the “Fan Appreciation Day” wordmark. This full ticket has been authenticated and encapsulated by PSA/DNA (61501855) and graded AUTHENTIC.
