What makes this offered Official National League Ford C. Frick baseball is that it is signed by a triumvirate of MLB titans, Mel Ott, Dolf Camilli, and Joe DiMaggio. Considering any ball signed by Ott is a treasure, his signature displays beautifully on the east panel, in contrast to the faded DiMaggio script on the sweet spot and Camilli's faded script on the north panel of the toned ball. "Marvelous Melvin," the favorite son of Gretna, Louisiana, was a 5'9" powerhouse who improbably led the National League in home runs six times during his Hall of Fame career. Mel Ott joined the New York Giants in 1926 at the age of 17 and went on to hit 511 home runs during the next 22 MLB seasons, all of which he spent as a Giant. Starting in 1934, Ott was named to 11 consecutive All-Star teams after leading the Giants to the 1933 World Series title. DiMaggio, the former Yankee titan who patrolled center field, earned nine World Series titles, 13 All-Star selections, and holds the record for the MLB's longest hit streak at 56 games! Camilli dominated the MLB in 1941, earning his second All-Star selection while leading the NL in home runs and RBIs, taking home the 1941 NL MVP Award. Those stars aligned on this Frick baseball and considering Ott's gorgeous script is still resplendent, it will be in high demand by collectors.  The ball comes with an LOA from Beckett Authentication for the signatures.
