Former New York Yankees catcher Benny Bengough has contributed a flowing blue ink signature (as "Bennie" Bengough) to the sweet spot of this Official American League Joseph E. Cronin baseball. Bengough is best remembered for his tenure with the indomitable "Murderer's Row" Yankees of the 1920s, helping the venerable ballclub win the first three World Series titles in its history. Sadly, Bengough passed away in 1968 at the age of 70. The ball comes with an LOA from JSA for the signature.
