Game-used dark red Phillies cap signed by former Philadelphia catcher Bob Boone. Boone has signed his name in blue marker on the green underside of the brim, with “8” inscribed in black marker in the center. Boone played for the Phillies from 1972-1981, and was a phenomenal defensive catcher, committing only eight errors and allowing only three passed balls in the 1977 season. He made the National League All-Star team three times in a Phillies uniform and helped the team win the 1980 World Series. This item comes with a LOA from MEARS (315074) and the signature on this baseball cap comes with a COA from Beckett Authentication (H39763).
