Very fine Roberto Clemente autographed professional model game issued baseball bat c.1970-72.
Louisville Slugger 125 model bat measures 36" long and weighs 37.4 Oz. Model U1 stamped on knob end with "21" in period black marker on both knob and barrel ends. Bat exhibits very minimal if any use retaining exceptional surface and visual appeal. Signed on the barrel end, "To Cindy With Best Wishes Roberto Clemente" in bold blue ink. The bat is being offered for the first time publicly directly from the original recipient. Clemente signed game issued bats of any quality are notably scarce with the condition grade of this particular specimen ranking among the top of that list. Includes LOA from PSA/DNA, full LOA from JSA (autograph).
