Hall of Famer and legendary Boston Celtics small forward John Havlicek wore this white Eastern Conference uniform during the 1966 NBA All-Star Game held on Jan. 11, 1966, at Cincinnati Gardens in Cincinnati. Considered one of the greatest players to step foot on NBA hardwood, Havlicek wore this offered jersey during the first of his 13 All-Star Game selections and during the same year in which he would be named to his second All-NBA Second Team in addition to winning the fourth of his eight NBA titles. Havlicek played on an Eastern Conference team that was loaded with talent, including fellow Celtics Bill Russell and Sam Jones and legendary players Oscar Robertson and Wilt Chamberlain. Havlicek put up an impressive 18 points with 1 assist and 6 rebounds during the Eastern Conference's 137-94 trouncing of the Western Conference.

The offered Wilson uniform worn by Havlicek during his first All-Star Game appearance is made of Durene fabric. The jersey features blue trim on the collars, sleeves, and sides, with three white tackle twill stars also adorning each side. "EAST" appears across the chest in blue tackle twill, while the number "17" appears in blue tackle twill on the chest and back of the jersey. A Wilson size "44" tag is sewn onto the left front tail. The jersey displays moderate evidence of game use. Havlicek penned his flowing signature across the number "7" on the back of the jersey. The signature is bold and clear.

The white Wilson shorts are made from the same Durene fabric and feature blue trim across the waistband and on the legs.
