Fisher pitched in ten different seasons, mostly with the New York Yankees. Fisher was also a member of the Cincinnati Reds during the 1919 season, when he posted a 14-5 record with a miniscule 2.17 ERA. In the 1919 World Series, Fisher pitched in two games and was the Game 3 starter against Dickey Kerr, in a game won by Chicago, 3-0.
