Wilt Chamberlain "100 Point Game 3/2/1962" Signed Inscribed Jersey PSA DNA COA

$49,995.00

Wilt "The Stilt" Chamberlain was still an emerging NBA star in his third season with the Philadelphia Warriors when he dropped a century (100 pts.) on the New York Knicks in a home game at the Hershey Sports Arena in Hershey, PA, on March 2, 1962. The game, played in Hershey to help drum up support for the nascent NBA, was sparsely attended, with only a crowd of over 4,000 in attendance to witness basketball history. Chamberlain’s outstanding record still stands; only Kobe Bryant’s 81-point effort has come close to this nigh-impossible record. This offered Mitchell & Ness Sixers jersey features "PHILA" across the chest in red and blue tackle twill. The number "13" appears in red and blue tackle twill on the jersey's chest and back. A Mitchell & Ness tag with an "X-LONG" flag appears over a white swatch labeled "19" and "7" on the front left tail. Chamberlain's bold and clear signature appears with the inscription "#13 100 pts game 3/2/62" in marker on the right chest. The jersey comes with an LOA from Beckett Authentication (AC37973) for the signature and inscription. Also comes with PSA DNA In The Person COA. PSA witnessed Wilt signing this actual jersey.
