Stan Musial Signed 1961 All Star Game Fenway Park American League Baseball SGC
Still going strong at the age of 40, Hall of Famer Stan Musial was named to his 21st of a record 24 All-Star Games in 1961, en route to 15 home runs, his eighth and final career grand slam and a robust .288 batting average. At Boston’s Fenway Park for the second of two Mid-Summer Classics that year, Musial autographed this baseball. The clean and creamy Official American League Joe Cronin Baseball showcases a bold Musial scripting, which has been executed in blue ballpoint on a side panel. On the sweet spot, “All-Star Game – July 31, 1961 – Fenway” has been inscribed. Accompanying is a full photo LOA from SGC.
