1957 New York Yankees team-signed baseball. This Spalding Yankees logo ball is in Near Mint condition and has been signed by 25 members of the 1957 Yankees. This is a classic 1950s Yankee team, they lost to the Hank Aaron-led Milwaukee Braves in a memorable World Series.
The autographs include Yogi Berra on the sweet spot, Elston Howard, Tony Kubek, Bobby Shantz, Bob Turley, Hank Bauer, Whitey Ford, Enos Slaughter, Don Larsen, Bob Grim, and others. (The Mickey Mantle signature on the sweet spot has been deemed a clubhouse example by PSA.) "AMERICAN LEAGUE CHAMPIONS" and "1957" has been written on the ball in an unknown hand. "Yankees" is stamped on the ball in black ink. Includes a full LOA from PSA.
