Offered is a 1986 Super Bowl XXI Champion New York Giants team-signed full-size authentic Riddell football helmet with 45 signatures, including Lawrence Taylor, Ottis Anderson and Phil Simms. The 45 signatures, all in silver marker, are arrayed across both sides of the navy-blue Pro-Line helmet with a red stripe down the center and the “Giants” logo in white with navy-blue decals on both sides. Notable signatures include Stacy Robinson, George Adams, Solomon Miller, Mark Bavaro, Carl Banks, Harry Carson, Terry Kinard and Sean Landeta, among others. The helmet features a white facemask and white chinstrap, both with the Riddell logo in red type, as well as white interior padding. The ’86 Giants won their fifth championship and first Super Bowl in franchise history during the season. Led by Taylor, the consensus league MVP and Super Bowl MVP QB Simms, the Giants posted a 14–2 record during the regular season (tied for the best record in the league with the defending Super Bowl champion Chicago Bears) and the best in team history. The Giants improved on their 10–6 record from 1985, won their first division championship since the NFL-AFL merger in 1970, and won Super Bowl XXI against the Denver Broncos, 39-20.
