Coming from the personal collection of Hall of Famer Karl Malone is a Utah Jazz team-signed basketball with more than 15 signatures. The ball has been signed in black marker by Malone, John Stockton, Mark Eaton, Thurl Bailey, Blue Edwards, Walter Palmer, Darrell Griffith, Jeff Malone, Delaney Rudd, David Fredman, Gordon Chiesa, Mike Brown, Tony Brown, Andy Toolson, and Phil Johnson. Throughout his illustrious 19-season career, Malone was known as the "Mailman," a moniker that befit his reliable delivery no matter the circumstances. His 36,928 career points rank third on the league's all-time scoring list, a testament to his durability, consistency, and high-level post-game. For much of his career, Malone formed a fruitful partnership with Utah Jazz point guard John Stockton; the two played 1,412 career games together, the most ever for two teammates on one franchise. Malone was a consistent and proven winner, appearing in the postseason in each of his 19 seasons and winning a pair of Olympic gold medals with Team USA in 1992 and 1996. A member of the NBA's 50th Anniversary and 75th Anniversary teams, Malone was enshrined in the Hall of Fame in 2010.
