Proper Champion manufacturer's label with size 4 indicator affixed to tail front along with "Designed and Tailored Exclusively for Portland Trailblazers" tag with "Body Length +3" indicator. Jersey shows evident use/wash wear most notably to the tagging and has been signed by Drexler in black sharpie across the front of the jersey.
