The 1997 Indians, who posted a record of 86-75, won the AL pennant and made their second World Series appearance in three years. The bat is signed by Hall of Famer Jim Thome, Manny Ramirez, Mike Hargrove, Jeff Manto, Jaret Wright, Jeff Newman, Sandy Alomar Jr., Johnny Goryl, Matt Williams, Charlie Manuel, Brian Anderson, Bip Roberts, Marquis Grissom, Charles Nagy, Chad Ogea, Jose Mesa, Alvin Morman, Erick Plunk, Mark Wiley, Brian Giles, Jeff Juden, Luis Isaac, Dave Nelson, Mike Jackson, and Paul Assenmacher. The bat is accompanied by an LOA from Beckett for the signatures and LOP from Orel Hershiser.
