Encapsulated and assessed "Authentic" by BGS, with signature graded "10" by Beckett (0005370682). Hall of Famer. A blue ink cut signature penned by legendary Green Bay Packers linebacker Ray Nitschke and excised from a personal check adorns this desirable Upper Deck SP Legendary Cuts Autographs collectible. Nitschke represented the steel and the grit behind the first dynasty of the Super Bowl-era—Vince Lombardi's Green Bay Packers. With Nitschke leading the defense, the Packers became the first—and to date, only—team to win three consecutive season-concluding title games, accomplishing the feat between 1965 and 1967. Sadly, the iconic defender died in 1998 at the age of 61. A statement on the card affirms the manufacturer's guarantee of authenticity for the piece's content and serves as the item's COA. Per the card's Beckett label, this piece is part of a limited-edition print run of 115 copies. The card displays a lightly circulated manner of appearance.
