The 2007 Red Sox returned to the World Series for the first time since they broke the Curse of the Bambino in 2004. They faced the National League Champion Colorado Rockies and dominated the overmatched Rockies, sweeping them in four games and out-scoring the Rockies 29-10. Mike Lowell won the World Series MVP award, hitting .400 with a home run and 4 RBI. Manager Terry Francona signed his name on the sweet spot of this baseball. Other signatures include David Ortiz, Curt Schilling, Jason Varitek, Alex Cora, Bobby Kielty, Manny Ramirez, Eric Hinske, Javier Lopez, John Farrell, Jonathan Papelbon, Kyle Snyder, Luis Alicea, Mike Timlin, and others. The ball stands in overall excellent condition.
