Alston was still with Montreal in 1953; thus, this is on an Official International League Ball (Minor League) is clean and EX-MT. The signature is beautiful. It was signed on a side panel by Alston on "Aug. 20, 1953," the date on the ball is in his hand. He also wrote "Baltimore." This is whom they played, and "4-3," which was the winning game score for Montreal. The offering comes with a PSA/DNA LOA (Cert. V00308). This is a very early Alston single-signed ball in top condition.
