One of the most legendary franchises in the National Football League and approaching their 100th anniversary, the Detroit Lions landed in Motown in 1930 after relocation from Portsmouth, Ohio. The winners of four (4) NFL Championships with eighteen (18) playoff berths in franchise history, celebrating the numerous legends that have donned the Lions colours we offer this helmet signed by forty-four (44) former Lions. A Detroit Lions full-size Riddell made replica model piece with Lions decals over each side and their blue and white stripes running front to back across the top, the helmet remains in good condition with a small number of scuffs/spots throughout worth noting for accuracy. Complete with all the padding on the interior as well as the chin strap and cup, the helmet has been signed over both sides in with blue ink signatures by the likes of Pro Football Hall of Famers Bill Dudley, Joe Schmidt, Lem Barney, Lou Creekmur and Yale Lary as well as numerous other stars and legends such as Owens, Sims, Hart, David, Ane, Dibble, Stanfel, Texas Bob Smith, Cogdil, Brown, Plum, Landry, Charlie Sanders, Jones, Durmmond, Schlesinger and many others for a total of forty-four (44) autographs that all display well. PSA/DNA auction LOA from 2005 will accompany the piece as well as an LOA from the promoter of various shows in which the piece was signed at.
