Incredible Derek Jeter signed game used hat from his first All Star Game appearance. The hat shows excellent game use and is signed under the brim by Jeter. Jeter gifted the hat to a sick girl after the game and signed it for her. Comes with full letters Certificate Of Authenticity from PSA DNA (John Taube) and James Spence JSA. One of the finest Jeter game used items in existence. 

The '98 All Star Game took place at Coors Field in Denver, home of the Colorado Rockies on July 7th, 1998. The game resulted in the American League defeating the National League 13-8. It remains the highest scoring MLB All-Star game to date.

1998 marked the first of fourteen All Star game appearances for Jeter. This navy blue hat features the iconic Yankees logo embroidered in white on the front of the hat. On the back shell of the cap, the MLB logo patch is sewn on in red, white and blue. Unique for the 1999 All-Star game was a special patch that was added to the left side of the cap that reads “1998 ALL STAR” in purple and silver with Jeter’s number “2” and signature embroidered in white. The inner shell of the cap features three tags sewn on to the back of the cap. Cap is manufactured by New Era and is a size 7 1/4. On the underside of the cap's brim is the #2 hand written in black sharpie. Jeter signed a full crisp signature on the underside of the brim.
