Scarce dual-autographed Kobe Bryant Adidas 'KB 8 III' basketball sneakers worn during Kobe's visit to Berlin, Germany where he appeared at the Adidas ABC Camp in 1999. Fresh after Kobe's third NBA campaign, he traveled to Berlin, Germany for Adidas' ABC Camp from July 5th through July 9th where he sported these Los Angeles Lakers-themed 'KB 8 III' Adidas sneakers. Each shoe has been boldly autographed with black permanent marker for excellent eye appeal for the large signatures. Normal wear and tear from game use can be noticed throughout on each shoe. Along with participating with youthful players in the ABC Camp, Kobe was involved with many other workouts, autograph signings, and photoshoots throughout his time in Berlin. This pair of shoes has been sourced from a former Marketing Manager for Adidas who accompanied Bryant throughout the trip. On the final day, Kobe gifted him this pair of Adidas KB 8 IIIs. Each shoe is accompanied by a full LOA from JSA (Cert. #s: BB85362, BB85363) for the autograph authentication as well as a Letter of Provenance from the former Adidas employee. Comes with copies of many photos and newspaper reports showing Kobe wearing these shoes.
