While wearing the presented Nike sneakers, LeBron James scored 22 points while contributing 9 rebounds, 8 assists, 2 steals, and 1 block during Game 4 of the 2010 Eastern Conference Finals against the Boston Celtics at TD Garden in Boston on May 9. 

These offered size 16 Nike Zoom LeBron VII PS sneakers are grey and white with black, white, and red accents. The laces are white with the "L7PS" logo in black, white, and red on the bottom cross-section. The same logo appears on the back heel of each shoe. A black Nike "Swoosh" appears on the outside of each upper, while a white "Swoosh" appears on the inside. The outside of each heel has James' "L23" logo in red, black, and white, and the inside of each heel has a black lion with red eyes wearing a crown. James has handwritten "5/9 Bos" onto the toe box of each shoe in black marker, while the left sole has a piece of blue tape that has "5/9/10 BOSTON" written in green marker. James signed his name on the toe of the right shoe in silver metallic marker. These sneakers display excellent use. The limited-edition piece is serial-numbered "1/1." The sneakers come with a COA from Upper Deck Authenticated (BAK47126) authenticating that James wore them during the May 9, 2010, Eastern Conference Finals game. The shoes also come with an LOA from Sports Investors Authentication (220809M6), which has photo-matched them to the same game.
