Michael Jordan Signed 1998 Pro Cut Chicago Bulls Jersey UDA & JSA COA MINT 9
$14,995.00
The 1998-99 Chicago Bulls season, dubbed "The Last Dance," due to the Beatles-like impending breakup of the celebrated dynasty, saw Hall of Famer Michael Jordan and the Bulls won the final game of their second NBA Championship title “3-Peat” in the 1998 NBA Finals Game 6 against the Utah Jazz at the Delta Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. The ’98 NBA Finals went to six games, with Game 6 going down to the wire in the final seconds that was ended with a game-winning free-throw line jumper by Jordan to seal the series.
Jordan announced his second retirement on Jan. 13th, 1999, to a crowd of 800 journalists at the United Center, stating he was “99.9% certain” that this retirement would be permanent, though he'd return with the Washington Wizards in 2001.
So, let's be clear, no basketball player in hardwood history has captured minds and hearts like Michael Jordan. A six-time NBA Finals champion and five-time NBA Most Valuable Player, Jordan's explosive skill and unbridled competitive fire led the former North Carolina star to an unprecedented 10 NBA scoring titles in his accolade-laden career. In 2022, the NBA renamed its MVP award the Michael Jordan Trophy in recognition of Jordan's outsized impact on the modern game. Jordan—today the principal owner and chairman of the Charlotte Hornets—was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 2009.
