This Official American League baseball (Joe Cronin) is boldly signed on the sweet spot in black ink by pitcher Tom Zachary, who played from 1918 to 1936 for the A’s, Senators, Browns, Yankees, Braves, Dodgers, and Phillies. Though he won 186 games during his career and also went 3-0 in World Series play, Zachary is without a doubt most famous for having been the pitcher when Babe Ruth hit his record-setting 60th home run in the 1927 season. Zachary is an extremely rare single-signed ball. In fact, this is only the second one we have ever seen. The ball is in Excellent to Mint condition. Full LOA from James Spence/JSA.
