The 19 signatures are as follows: Owner August Busch Jr., (RARELY seen signing items like this!) General Manager Joe McDonald, Hall of Fame Manager Whitey Herzog, Cardinal Hall of Fame Great Stan Musial, coach and Hall of Famer Red Schoendienst, coach Hub Kittle, Willie McGee, Darrell Porter, Tom Herr, Bob Forsch, Steve Braun, Mike Ramsey, Andy Van Slyke and Jamie Quirk (the latter two players debuted in 1983 leading us to believe was signed at an off-season dinner or event between the two seasons. Also added are Ford C. Frick Award winning announcer Jack Buck, J.G.
