The helmet is a Riddell model in solid black with intact face guard and chin strap, with Falcons decals on each side and "21" over the lower reverse, along with an NFL sticker on the left reverse. The helmet shows moderate use on both the interior and exterior including small scratches and marks to the exterior and light discolouration to the interior. Approx 56 have signed in matching thin silver including Metcalf, along with Pierce Holt, Bobby Hebert, D.J.
